They helped me in a very hard time. And also very good customer service from Shelly and Alicia. They will work with you as long as you communicate and show you’re really trying. And if you begin to struggle maybe cause your out of work sick, they do their best to help make a plan and keep you current on your loan. Definitely give them a 10 out of 10 rating!!

I can honestly say that I am not one to really leave reviews unless I think it is absolutely necessary for better or for worst. I honestly have not been the best customer to this company – although it was unintentional circumstances that caused these grievances for them. As someone who has Had a great deal of stability in my life for the past 15 years this year was extremely difficult for me when everything crashed in my life. Even so, Southern Finance company was there to work with me and be patient with me for over 90 days of default. I cannot thank them enough or say enough good about this company for their patience, or customer service representation which was above board like none other. Especially the representative by the name of Alicia. What an outstanding person to have as An employee a colleague and for some, I’m sure a really great friend! Outstanding job to all of you for never making me feel like I was being attacked personally even though the responsibility was all mine.

I went to Southern finance in Gainesville, GA after trying others in the area with no success. I did an application with Alicia and she treated me as a person and not just credit.
