Posting a second review. While the agency saw my review and responded to it, they lied in their response several times. They also didn't bother to respond to any of the emails or messages I sent them. STAY AWAY. You can see from the screenshot that they knew about our claim right after the hurricane. I have emailed Sam Sharpe several times on that same email thread and he will not respond to me.

Also, posted the message where they inquired about my Vin number but didn't bother to let me know there was a problem with my insurance or registration. They knew there was a problem but didn't bother to give me a heads-up. That happened to be the same day I needed to go to Florida and almost got arrested. They knew there was an issue, but withheld that information. They took no action to try an help me resolve this issue.

Today I had quite a few issues I needed help resolving, and Austin answered the phone today at State Farm, Sam Sharpe’s branch. He was very professional, kind, patient, and extremely competent. He was able to resolve and answer questions for me. He’s looking into something else that is very important and will return my call as soon as he knows more. He also contacted FEMA office and got some answers for me and resolved an issue. He called me back quickly just as he promised. Sam Sharpe, you need more employees like Austin!
