If you like being ignored and if you would like your taxes done at the last minute give them a try.

The 1st yr was AMAZING! Returning this yr it's very unprofessional. Voicemails and emails are not returned. Appointments missed with no follow up. Deadline approaching and I'm still unable to finalize my taxes.

This is a small business with only a husband and wife operating it. I think they are overwhelmed with the boom of business. They have had my taxes since February and I'm still waiting.
