Great customer service. Spoke with Zeinna(spell check) and she gave me a great quote. Her customer service, alone with me my quote made me not want to continue getting any other quotes. It’s all about first impressions with me. She offered me everything they had to lower my rates.

When we went in the office to pay we was greeted as soon as we walked inside by everyone. The guy even offered us water.

Charlie Pelt State Farm has been a huge help to me. I was searching around getting quotes and they were the best at following up with me and answering all my questions. When I say ALL my questions I mean it, I asked them to check so many different options with each of my vehicles and they took the time to do it. On top of all that they have the best rates.They have great communication with fast response time. The quote I was given is the one I actually received. They even helped get me a great rate for my teenage son as a new driver. If you're looking for an insurance company that communicates well with great rates and customer service this is the one for you. I have been working with Chris Gates and could not be any happier with his service.
