When I initially saw my home, I fell in love with the design and the quality. I never pictured myself living in such a contemporary home, but I was even more impressed with the fact that the home was built buy a black woman. I had such admiration for Nicole Donaldson Hunter when I first met her. As a black woman, I love to see other black women doing great things. Once I signed the contract and decided to move forward with purchasing the home, Nicole showed me that she was unprofessional and couldn't care less about customer service. She made my home buying experience unpleasant. She was non-responsive to my agent and threatened to cut off all the utilities 24 hours after I moved in. In addition, she was dishonest numerous times during the process. While I love my home, I would only buy from this builder again if I did not have to interact with Nicole. She should not be the face of the business because she lacks customer service skills and is truly uncaring. However, the other team members (EXCEPT NICOLE), such as Michael are great and very professional.
