Very slow to respond if they respond at all. Price was good in year one but went up 25% in year two for a Home & Auto policy. I asked for some new quotes and was told I would have something in a few days. After a month and several voicemails and emails, I reached out to another insurance company that helped me that same day and save me $100/month on auto and $1,000/year on home with more coverage. Took another week and several phone calls, voicemails and emails to cancel my policy through Fenix
