Rude, and quite honestly useless. Had policy for years and because I didn’t reply to an email they let policy run out . When I called to figure out what happened, Paige was quite sassy (as it was her email I forgot to reply to) and completely unhelpful. No call or anything. Crazy considering that’s all they had to do to cash in on policy.

Dishonest company - stay away! They will send highly untruthful advertisements for insurance pricing that they can't even come close to. They have unprofessional, redneck agents that you have to stay after to get information from. They are a complete disgrace to the insurance industry!

UPDATE : I completely understand that Southern Risk Associates sends out completely false and intentionally misleading information for the purposes of engaging potential customers. Their business practices are dishonest; therefore, they cannot be trusted.
