Very rude they never answer there phones I had a phone interview for help they never called when I try to call them just voicemail with no call back. We have to do our jobs everyday these people get paid to be rude and not to do there jobs.

No one ever answers!! Can't get a call back.. Went in the office and only thing they did was give a number for case worker which is just a recording then voicemail. Recording says they are behind on renewals and applications. Funny how they don't get behind on cutting benefits off even though they can't process things by their own deadline!!

We have been going almost everyday to the office and the doors are always locked. We have tried going Different times ,Different days and not luck,cars are parked in the back for the employees that are in the building but there is no way to get it . One time we were able to talk quickly to someone getting off their car on the back and she said she works in the office but not for the Medicaid part and we asked when does the lobby open and she said they only open on Tuesday or Thursday and we have tried every day after that and nothing. Meanwhile we can't get any o
ne on the phone or speak with anyone while our disabled son that's in a wheelchair can't get the help that he needs. Terrible communication.. the doors sign still says open Monday through Friday 8am to 5Pm.
Isn't that illegal to have business hours and never be open at the posted times? I mean NEVER open !
The amount of people we have seen from young to elderly people sitting in the cars waiting hours to see if they open and they never do ..when we talk to the other people there also waiting and they say the same we don't understand what's going on ..
Love to see where our all the tax dollars are going ?

I get a letter in the mail at 3pm telling me that I have a phone appointment that day at 10am, I already missed the call, tried calling caseworker, no answer and voicemail is full. Left voicemail at the office number, call @ least 20xs over the next 3 days no answer and no call back! This is ridiculous!

The front desk receptionist present during my visit was extremely considerate most helpful thorough at making sure the information was completed. And he informed me that the application would be seen promptly and someone would be in contact the following business day. The case worker that processed my application was the most kind helpful person I've have ever had to see or speak to in this regard.

They don't care if a family straves or cares about their needs . I will not be doing business with them ever they can't even get their cards about to people who actually need it their pathetic
