They did my taxes last year and I'm trying to purchase a house this year. Well according to the IRS my taxes were never filed last year and it's become a big hassle to get this stuff done. They never notified me about this or anything.

No stars! I was recommended to try this tax company bc she only charges 75 dollars so I did. I didn't have a great experience. 1st I told them about my obama loan for first time home buyers and I had a flex spending acct through my husband's work. Well they didn't put the obama loan in nor did they put the flex spending acct in . I went back up there and it took them over an hour to fix it bc it kept getting rejected. My amounts kept changing. First I owed then I was getting a refund then I owed again. I was told they just zeroed the flex acct out bc it was the company's money . It is not the company's money its ours. Laura proceeded to take Over to get the obama loan fixed and she was rude and she came out 5 mins later and said there it's fixed its been approved. So I went in owing 600 to federal to owing 800 in federal with no explanation. A lady came in to pick hers up and she got a huge refund and they charged her 84 dollars and they charged me 125 dollars. Charged my friend that recommended me 75 dollars. Laura is rude and I will never use them again. I've had nothing but problems since I filed my return this yr.
