I have to say that Karen at State Farm is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Every issue that I have ever had, she was right there by my side and she kept in contact with me to make sure that all of my needs were met entirely. She does exactly what she say she’s gonna do and she is very very honest and straightforward! Things I didn’t understand, she broke it down to where I had a full understanding of everything once the call ended. Mrs. Kali, please keep Mrs. Karen on your team! She is a wonderful person and amazing at what she does! Thank you 100 times over Mrs. Karen!

Specifically Julie and Kali resolved my situation. My car got impounded after I was waiting for roadside assistance through the middle of the night. It would have cost me close to $600 which would have financially crippled myself and my family. Both these fine women worked exceedingly hard over 3 days to get my car dealt with and back out where I could get it worked on at my mechanics. They really saved the day and I couldn't appreciate them more.

Okay y’all, so I know insurance may not be the most exciting thing in the world but I just have to say… If you are looking for great customer service and need someone who is knowledgeable in the business you can NOT go wrong with Tyler Smith!! I’ve been a client of Tyler’s for over 2 years now and he has been so easy to work with!! I use him for my auto insurance and life insurance. I had never gotten life insurance before and he made it a breeze. He got me exactly what I needed, explained it effortlessly so that even I could understand, and didn’t try to “sell me” on every little thing he could. As a salesman myself I definitely appreciated that! So long story short, don’t let anyone else waste your time when it comes to your insurance needs. Go ahead and just call Tyler and he will do you right!
