Jamie Bragg is the rudest insurance agent I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. When Ellen left this place it really went downhill. McKenzie was the only person that was kind to me before I cancelled my insurance with them. They never change your address even when you call 3+ times, you never really know what insurance you have and they do not stick with their word. I know insurance companies are bad but this one really takes the cake. This isn't the place. Save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere else.

No I was definitely a customer here Jamie. I have cancelled my insurance like I said and you have already told me over the phone that you will not do anything to resolve any of my issues. I had insurance with you for 5 years. You will NOT continue to gaslight me through my review, this is ridiculous. I am aware that my full name isn't on here, but you can't think of in the last two weeks the phone call that ended with me sobbing Because of how overbearingly rude you were to me though I was just trying to get an issue resolved You can play dumb but you know exactly who I am. This is a prime example of why other people should not go to statefarm. I hope you can find some happiness in your life so you can stop being so snarky and awful to other people. People that were paying customers.

I’m so glad we switched to State Farm! Our agent, Mackenzie London, is very professional and personable. Any questions we have are happily answered in a timely manner. When our AC unit went out, Mackenzie did not hesitate to assist us with finding the best solution as quick as possible. Edited to respond to Mr Bragg's post: I sent you an email March 25th and you didn't respond. I don't appreciate being talked down to so I won't be calling you.

I had insurance with them for 6 years without any claims and always paid in full. After 2 months of not getting refunded on a policy I canceled, Jamie Bragg was rude with me and encouraged me to get other insurance company if I could only speak with him. In 6 years this was the ONLY time I ever spoken to this mean man! It's been 5 months now and State Farm still owes me money. I finally got the first refund, I am still due 1 more.
I don't understand how companies can charge us late fees if we are not on time, but can just hold our money for months.

Twice in 2 weeks they have changed the price, once during the quote. Then again trying to sell the drive safe and save. After specifying only one car for the drive safe. This is in 13 days that these games were being played, policy isn’t even a month old and already playing with the price. I would say take your time and shop around before shopping here, though the staff is about as polite as one can ask for. Politeness doesn’t change the fact that you can’t seem to rely on them to keep from messing with the price. Hopefully someone else has a better experience here

If you are looking at insurance you absolutely have to speak with Jamie. You are a valued customer with him not just another number. He fully goes through everything to make sure you have knowledge of your policies and is extremely helpful. Give him a call you will not find a better agent around.
