My agent, Maurice Grayson, was great! I didn’t know the ins and outs of insurance so I was apprehensive at first. He took the time to answer all of my questions- sometimes 2 or 2 times! Tonya Caldwell may be the best insurance agent I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Back in 2016 I cut my finger and had to have stitches, It never crossed my mind about the accident insurance I had taken out in 2011, so in October 2018 I again cut my finger and had to have stitches, ( I know, I need to leave the knives alone) and had posted a picture of before and after, and Tonya saw the post and asked me if I had used my accident insurance. I said no, hadn't even thought about it, I was out money I really didn't have to spend, and I think that hurt the worst, but when Tonya mentioned I asked her if it would apply and she said yes, I then asked about the incident in 2016 and she again confirmed that I could use the insurance for that incident also. I appreciated her honesty and dedication to me as a client to remind me that I could get some of my money back if not all of it. So Thank you Tonya.
