Being a first time home buyer, the whole process was quite overwhelming, but Tyler made everything so easy and made sure he explained everything in simple terms. When I had a recent accident, I called to ask for a copy of my insurance and they were able to send it over swiftly. We recently were faced with addressing the insurance related aspects of a deceased family member and ran into initial issues with the account being managed by the State Farm corporate office, and not a specific identified agent. Quite honestly there was frustration dealing with multiple calls to the corporate office, being told to await a return call, and then a rather unpleasant call where when I asked to speak with a Supervisor/Manager the "customer service" representative said that they didn't want to take the call.

Well, we did some research into the Macon, GA area (5 hours away from where we live) and found Tyler Landress and his team. From my initial call with Tyler's team, they worked to help us navigate our way through a rather unpleasant situation. Tyler himself ended up getting on call with me, as I called the corporate office back and we dealt with a different representative who was helpful, and Tyler stayed on the phone call for over 1 hour and 10 minutes as we had to work together to figure out ways to resolve the access to the family members account to update the coverages.

While knowing that the account will be closed out after probate court situation, and that we are not local customers, Tyler became invested in our situation and went above and beyond to help us and we appreciate his efforts, and highly recommend him to those in the Macon, GA area looking for insurance based upon his caring manner and professionalism.

Just wanted to thanks to the team at Tyler Landress State Farm. I was overpaying for insurance with a company I thought was the cheapest in the industry. My agent Allen Powell was the best. He told me that once a ticket that I had fell off that he would call me with a better quote and he did! Now I’m paying much less. He made the process to switch carriers easy and also followed up with me to make sure all my questions were answered. It’s hard to find good customer service these days. So I’m am happy I found this agency. I will tell everyone I know to give them a call when it’s time to renew. Thanks again Allen!
