Same experience as some of the recent lower reviews regarding communication. My rates went up fairly quickly after switching to concierge and progressive. Emailed to see if there was anything we can switch to or anything to lower premium but there was nothing that they could find, tried to email again this year to go over my coverage, but didn't receive a response. I gathered quotes from other companies and found better coverage and prices and switched to another company. I emailed the agents to cancel my insurance and never received a response. I called progressive directly and they said I need to contact my agent, I said I emailed my agents already to cancel, and progressive said I did my part so the agents just need to do theirs. Its been past my renewal and I still haven't heard anything back from them and keep getting emails that my bill is overdue.

2 stars for the initial experience and sales when I first contacted to switch to them. They were so fast and friendly. Only issues came up with the annual renewals.
