Rates were ok. Customer service Rep was friendly but .... They want too much info. They want 10 pictures each of your cars, plus your marriage lic, passport,greencard, drivers lic, AARP card,fishing lic card, social security card, thought they were gonna ask me for my 13th Birthday card... I was like I'm cool, I'll just ride dirty till next week... Oh.yeah.. My Dave &Busters card.... Peace!!!!!

Great customer service. Always pleasant when I call to make my payment over the phone and making conversation while on the phone with me. Even though they know I speak Spanish and English they ask me what I prefer to talk IN. Love the girls in the Lilburn office there the best..

I dont like how they handle certain situations dealing with the cars and money situations then tell you they will refund u the money later and then they dont. They wanted me to pay for a full months ins for a car i was taking off the ins 3 days before my monthly bill was due. So they wanted me to pay my monthly bill first then take the vehicle off the insurance all while paying for that vehicle as well!!! I sold the vehicle so why pay ins. For it for a month and again they wont refund me my money.i had already been screwed out of 80 dollars.

I’ve been with this insurance company for a while and everything was fine. I was told my policy was ending and I spoke with someone and told them I couldn’t pay for my policy until the day after it was due, so to my understanding it was going to get cancelled. I kept on getting phone calls from them and I finally answered and spoke with a woman that told me I could still pay for my policy with the 10 day grace period. I called in today to pay for it and they tell me that my policy was cancelled, so I’ve basically been driving uninsured for some days now. A bunch of bull. Please don’t go with this company.

I was struggling with the dealership all day finally I was approved for my vehicle and the insurance company was about to close. I was so fortunate to have Mario M. As a representative he actually stayed 30 minutes past his shift just to ensure that I rolled off the lot that same day I’m so grateful!!!!

Obtained what I thought was a "quote" over the phone from a representative. Went into business, waited for almost 2 hours only to have lady tell me I didn't actually get a quote, and she wanted me to pay over $100 more than what I was told on the phone. Don't waste your time with these people!
