My experience has been been great so far. My Agent has been awesome, always willing to help if I need something. Customer Service is important. It kind of sets the tone between you & your client. I received a :warmness from my Agent. That made me feel like I have the right company for insurance. She went over and above to win us over as a client. Be sure to keep her. My Agent was very patient and compassionate. I was not prepaired and half sleep. I was a hot mess. But he and Mr Storey worked w me and I must say I have the best insurance ever. As a matter of fact the rate was so good I was somewhat cautious. They answered all questions and assured me they were legit. 5 mins after ending call I received insurance cards and policy via email. You cannot go wrong w Allstate @Waymon Storey Insurance.💜⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

BRANDON STOREY helps to get my insurance started, and he's the reason why I'll be ending my insurance policy with allstate insurance. They don't answer the phone, lie for one another about being in the office, and provide poor customer service. Thanks for the answer to the driving test and having me download the allstate app for NOTHING. The audio about being in good hands for this location, allstate, remove your flag!

Worst insurance experience I’ve ever had with WAYMON STOREY. Never actually spoke to him before and I’ve requested to do so many times, he tripled my rates and auto billed me 3x my authorized amount. Not insurance or professional, Scammer at best

Mr. Waymon was handling my car insurance. Promised me a refund of some money if I pay in full but despite of my so many calls, he never responded back. I really don't know why, he knows the reason. I am not satisfied the way my insurance was handled. I paid more than $3000 plus for 3 vehicles. we have been with you for a long time.

Edited: Waymon has been our agent for few years. Although he was very responsive initially , it was getting difficult to get hold of him. But once we complain he immediately responded and helped us with the necessary paper work and was very responsive.
