The minute I called Jay Walker, it started good by the professionalism of Mr. Walker. Then, the price was so great from what I was paying on my current insurance. All and all, he explained everything about the coverage and went beyond to see if I can get a better premium. Now I can say I am happy to be with "ALL STATE, you are in a good hand".

Jay Walker is a good guy but he is handcuffed by a corrupt company and everything is "out of his hands", there's always an excuse and always blames AllState. Allstate has screwed me too many times and nobody can seem to help me or do anything. Nobody makes an effort and they just keep taking money... My insurance increased by $1600 for one fender bender and there's nothing anyone can do about it. Avoid Allstate like the plague.

I ask him as a representative to help me with a claim and he just tells me to call the claims department. What is the point of an insurance agent if I have to do all the calling and contacting? Again, he seems like a great guy but it's not worth it.
