I am very happy with the way it turned out. I’m very happy with the process which took place over a week and that was only because I was gathering the information they needed, but the process was flawless, and I truly truly enjoyed The kindness of the State Farm agents.. I submitted req online to compare some ins policies reviewed for possible savings . With in a minutes 100s calls come to my number .How ever one was a text and it was Madison from the Alex’s office . She immediately offer option to communicate via text email or phone ! I was not able to talk on phone so I chose text , and from that moment on Madison was great help . Omg where do I start! Madison took such great care of me in what felt like 20 minutes tops and that included a call back! I felt like I was her top priority, I’ve dealt with so many people this week and had to do so many things over the phone it was refreshing to just have her take charge as soon as I gave her all the info she needed!
