I think they have good insurance prices, I've just had some bad customer service experiences with them. I was told I'd get a 10 day notice in the mail of them cancelling my policy, when I received it in the mail, my insurance was already 2 days expired and I had to pay a hefty fee to renew it. A better mode of communication like email would be nice. Also, don't expect the workers to sound happy to talk to you on the phone or say "you're welcome" or "of course" when you say thank you, they'll often just say bye and hang up. I know that's a small issue but some common courtesy or a little kindness towards customers goes a long way.

I was on hold for 8 minutes.. I was calling the store to ask if they could kindly stay open a couple minutes after it's after they close so I could get my registration done. I get to the store and they're still is one client inside and the door is locked. I try to communicate that I was on hold and that no 1 had answered deliberately until after closing. They said I would have to come back tomorrow.I understand that a business closes at 6 and that they want to go home. But to not answer the phone calls right before close if foreclosed is absolutely terrible customer service. I have used this company before and this is the 1st time that I've ever had to give a bad review on them.If they had at least answered the phone they could have told me that it wasn't possible to help me out, Instead they just ignored the phone call!
You can see them sitting inside.. and its 610 now..well they have lost this client.

Edgar was a tremendous help in getting me a copy of my registration. I was having problems contacting DMV and couldnt wait for the hard copy in the mail. It was needed for employment purposes. Thanks for understanding my situation Edgar. Much appreciated. Highly recommended.

When you choose this insurance no matter the location expect to wait long periods of time. The southern/extention location you will never know when they are coming back from lunch. The time says something but it can take longer. The 48/southern location one of the employees had another hour to close and he didn't took my quote for car insurance. Very bad service.

I visited Ayala in Tempe today. The staff were very knowledgeable in helping me out. A lot of my problems were resolved in the 10 minutes I was there. They were efficient, and extremely helpful. It literally took about 10 minutes from when I entered the office. I’m extremely pleased with the outcome and highly recommend this business.
