My experience with this CC Brea office was phenomenal. I came in person today, Thursday, without an appointment, and was called in within 10 minutes. I spoke with Carlos who was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and patiently assisted me with all the paperwork associated with securing healthcare insurance with CC. He showed and explained to me all my options. I felt he was trustworthy and had my best interest in mind. I would recommend this office if you need help with Covered California, and to speak with Carlos if you can. He will take care of you.

Yo Han was truly a hero throughout this entire process. He is incredibly dedicated, detail-oriented, and genuinely advocates for his clients. I was facing a complex enrollment error and unable to receive insurance benefits for a long time. After three unsuccessful attempts with Covered California HQ—who even further complicated my situation by providing incorrect information—I was feeling stuck.

Yo Han, on the other hand, navigated my case with precision and persistence. He made several calls on my behalf, determined to get to the bottom of the issue. Not only did he solve the problem, but he also went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly.

His professionalism, combined with his friendly and approachable demeanor, made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Yo Han exemplifies what customer service should be, and I can't recommend him highly enough!

Carlos Torres helped me with my medical insurance today. He did a great job asking me questions about my situation and financial means in regards to qualifying me for the most affordable options as well as options for my medical needs. I really appreciate his help. It can be very nerve racking and difficult to understand everything on your own. Carlos was able to answer my questions and also provide me with information I didn't know. He gave me some information on how I could approach my selections and choices and how any changes in my situation could effect how I qualify. He reassured me that I could always call if my situation changed so that we could go over my options. I am very thankful for his help today and look forward to working with him again. I came in today to get help signing up for health insurance since I just turned 26 and am no longer covered by my parent's insurance. I had spent nearly a month trying to go through the online process just to get stalled at each step for identity verification. But when I came in today, I worked with Carlos and he got me in and out in under 15 minutes. He made it such an easy process and finally got me through the identity verification issues that I tried nearly a month to resolve.
