i had a charge on my card I wanted to dispute so I called the customer assistance for them to totally screw me over. the First Lady I talked to on the phone told me the charge was no longer pending and had gone through so I was would need to block it. she did not tell me I would be unable to use my card for 10 days, I had to have it mailed to me because I am no longer living on the cape and i made it clear I could not go into a branch. she only told me that I would not be able to use my card at all till after she had canceled my card which can't be reversed. when I voiced that she had not made that clear and that I needed my card to get to work she told me to "borrow money" which still does fix my issue since you need a card to use Uber. she was also completely incredulous when I told her that I could not go into a branch because she had already canceled my card so I would be unable to buy a bus ticket to go to a branch. she was incredibly rude throughout the interaction which only made the whole ordeal even more upsetting. I also asked if there was someone else I could talk to and she told me there was no one, which I still do not believe. she was incredibly dismissive and seemed like she just wanted to get off the phone as soon as possible, and was honestly out of touch. I called back the next day because I was told they could not dispute the charge. I was told the charge had never gone through and had been reversed, making canceling my card completely unneeded. this was the third lady I had talked to and she was super nice and apologetic. I still have no idea how I will get to work in the mean time, and I am so happy I do not have anything else I would desperately need the card for. I was already considering switching banks because I had issues with cape cod five before over other things, but this completely solidified it. I am a broke college student who is only surrounded by broke college students who I can't just borrow from as the employee suggested.

As a first time customer I was greeted with friendly and smiling faces. All the employees at the bank have been extremely helpful and accommodating when I have questions about my accounts. They always make it a trouble-free trip going into the branch.

Cape Cod Five in Mashpee is my home away from home. I’m one of those people who likes to bank in person. When I walk in, it’s like my extended family. I’ve known Linda Steele for years. She has been so great to me about my banking matters. A classy lady. Very patient, kind. Other staff always great as well- Darin, Sally, all the tellers! My favorite bank.

This Mashpee location has a tall younger woman working there that has total attitude every Friday or Sat I go in ! She (I didn't catch her name) but I will soon, gives us a hard time every week for simply asking to include the balance at the bottom of the deposit slip ! This helps my mother balance her checkbook easier. I mean we are only making a deposit ! No return money at all, yet this woman asks me a million freaking questions about who is on the account ! My mother is handicapped and has major foot problems so she can't walk which I have explained already ! Customer Service at this branch is horrible ! We will be closing our account soon as a result ! Total waste of time with this mom & pop small time bank interrogating you every visit ! No Thanks

I have been banking at cape cod five for many years and I have to say this location is by far my favorite! As soon as you walk in you can feel the warm welcoming environment and all of the tellers are more than happy to help you in anyway! Everyone is always smiling and ready to help! I will forever be banking here!

CC5 was very dishonest with me about an IRA cd. They rolled it over at 1/8 of what the going rate was for another cd a month shorter. This is what they do with "captured" customers. Charged fee for this dishonesty, and they tried to return the IRA cd money to me not as an IRA. This would have cost me thousands in taxes after the many hundreds CC5 had already cheated me out of. I hoped local banks were more honest than big chain banks. I was very wrong about that with CC5.

I ask what services the.Bank and the Notary the Notary copied my id then the manager was rude to me. I recommend you put your money in a different bank.
