Go with Cotuit Solar! I am beyond happy with my choice to use this awesome company. When I first started looking at solar, there were so many companies to choose from it was actually quite daunting. I almost made the very grave mistake of going with one of those national or regional companies who were offering free roofing jobs and spewing nonsense just to make me sign a contract. They had slick salespeople who called incessantly but weren't even part of the process after signing. So glad I dodged that bullet. I knew I wanted to get solar but in my mind it was a very overwhelming prospect and Cotuit Solar made it simple and did literally everything. I did not have one concern. Every single person working at Cotuit Solar was so competent and super friendly and helpful. You can tell they love their jobs and care about their work and the customer. They are all exceptional. From the owner and founder of the company (who was the person who actually answered the phone when I made the first call -- when does that ever happen?), to the guys who came on site and the people in the office who were so helpful (Nikki — who went above and beyond). They were all brilliant. From from my first steps in making an inquiry to the very end where they walked me through the reporting and registering processes; and they are also here for service and any issues that may arise in the future. These folks are very responsive, communicate what's going on every step of the way, and handle each step with you so that you don't feel out of your depth or element. The organization I work for has utilized them for our solar projects in the past and when we had another, we knew who to go to for reliable and responsible work. Nikki and Katie worked closely with us and always were on top of what was going on. The process was long - to be expected!- but it was painless with these folks. They're familiar with different grants from the state, government, and even electric companies, which really helps make the solar install process attainable.
