I would recommend H2 assets for anyone who was trying to figure out what to do with HUD property. Our moms house was in need of much work and in a reverse mortgage. We worked with Mason. Hi Nick,
We would like to express our appreciation for all that you and your company did for us. When Dad was admitted to the nursing home we had no idea how we were going to dispose of Dad’s reverse mortgaged house. We made many attempts to contact HUD to have them take or foreclose the house. They never returned our phone calls. We even tried to sell the house but it needed to much work to be done to make it sellable. After Dad passed away Mass Health wanted an exorbitant amount of funds that they claimed were due them. There were no funds in Dad’s estate. At that point, we were beyond despair until we received your letter in the mail wanting to discuss the possible purchase of Dad’s house.
After we met with you and signed all the paperwork to release ownership of Dad’s house and property to your firm we could finally breathe a sigh of relief. Your handling of the short sale to HUB, probate, the legal documents required and resolving the dispute with Mass Health was more than we could ask for.
All we wanted out of all this was a happy ending and we got it! Dad’s house was beautifully renovated and sold to a welcomed family.
