We are on an adventure from Salt Lake City Utah to Anchor Point Alaska, it has had a few bumps along the way. Our trailer axle broke on the wonderful roads when you enter Alaska. We sourced the new trailer axle from Fairbanks. We stopped by here to see if they could help us by welding the axle brackets in place while it was on the trailer. The owner was very happy and helpful to squeeze us in quick. Got it done in no time and we are back on our way. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I was on my way to Alaska and my 2010 Mercedes ML320 popped a “Check Engine” light. I went in with the intention of buying a Code Reader, but Mathew at the front desk not only offered to lend me his, but came out to check my car. Confirmed what I suspected was causing the light to pop up.

Mathew went above and beyond just to help a traveller on the road. Really appreciate that. This kind of caring, empathic service is becoming very rare.

Highly recommend this Napa Store for outstanding service.

What an awesome mechanic! We were stranded up on Taylor Hwy. some 50 miles out from Tok (where his garage is located) and he not only came right out but replaced our water pump and had us on the way in no time!! And the bill was extremely reasonable! Can't recommend him highly enough! 10 stars!!

Took pickup in for tune-up, he replaced gaskets in headers and valve covers and spark plugs and wires. Replaced carburetor with stock one, $750 for a two barrel, never called me before ordering, could have got one for a couple hundred dollars. Did not replace fuel filter( dirty and gas line was leaking), did not replace pcv valve, so engine built enough pressure to blow valve cover gasket and leak on headers. Overall will not ever take anything to him again. Had pickup for three weeks while I was on foot. $1,500+ for a tune-up that doesn't run until it gets fixed.
