I would highly recommend Livia as a real estate agent for the Capa Cod Region. We found Livia to be very knowledgeable of the region and very helpful with many of the local trade and key personnel (inspectors/bankers/lawyers) needed throughout the process). Overall, out search took about 2 years, most of which was limited by our ability to get back and forth to the cape ( we live about 3 hours away) to see houses of interest.
