I know the owners and they also run the day to day operations of Wilson's Insurance. They are The Best you will find to assist you in any and all of your insurance needs. Unfortunately, I know all to well as I have Wrecked over 32 times Totalled more than 17 Vehicles, Even 4 of which were stolen, and another 3 which have never been recovered. I choose Wilson's.

Old man Wilson is a good servant of his customers as are his employees. He carries progressive too, which is cheaper than most. I just hate the pictures on the wall of mountain lions that somebody killed on a hunting trip!

Wow, I wasn't expecting the rudeness and unprofessional way these people handled my phone call. I called to inquire about carriers they sell commercial polices for, the male that answered the phone abruptly said he could not help me and put me on hold for Jeff. After an extremely lengthy time on hold, Jeff never came on the line. I finally hung up and called back, my call was answered by Jeff, he offered no reason or apology for totally ignoring my original call. I inquired as to particular carriers as before and was spoken to with a discourteous unprofessional attitude, like I was bothering him. It was late in the day and maybe he had a bad day, but that is not the attitude to take with a potential new customer. Well, I will not bother these people again. Is this any way to handle potential new customers? I've been a Property & Casualty adjuster for over 18 years and dealt with many different insurance professionals and I am appalled by the unprofessional, rude, inexcusable attitude expressed by this agency towards a potential new customer. I hope they don't treat their policy holders this way!
