I wouldn't even give them one star. They don't care about you at all. Didn't even take the time to help with the application.

My Policy was cancelled, said they had sent me a letter and I never received the letter. No call, No email. Just dropped without notice.

Terrible customer service. Beth was not helpful at all.

RogersGray has always come through for me, currently with automobile insurance issues. My parked car had a tree fall on it out of state around Thanksgiving. My agent and everyone else who is available have been very encouraging and helpful, and able to explain each step of the process as needed. I would feel overwhelmed without them!
