I always have great customer service when calling in, but I specifically want to rave about Glenda. She took her time to try to find me the best price and coverage for my vehicle. Ms. Jacqueline Flores is Absolutely Amazing and I've only been to this location a couple times and she goes above and beyond and I can tell that she's passionate about what she does and this goes a long way!!! I had been looking all over for insurance and I am so pleased with the service I received from Said Sadat at Freeway Insurance. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me clearly so it made sense. It was my first time getting insurance and I had been looking for weeks. I was able to get the best options for my car insurance and Said did it very quickly and and was able to get the perfect one for my car and it was much easier and less of a hassle than the other places I have called. He made sure I was clear about every part and was extremely professional. I was pleased to speak with someone who was able to make everything make sense thanks to his great communication.
