If you’re an existing customer calling in to speak with your agent for help, I sure hope you’re not in a hurry to get a response. I’ve called a dozen times across four days this week (during their business hours) trying to get ahold of my agent to discuss a time-sensitive issue and only ever managed to speak to a human twice…neither of whom tried to help me, they just forwarded me to my agent’s line where it rang to voicemail, yet again). Alas, my voicemails have gone unreturned. Bottom line: save your time and sanity and go elsewhere.

Terrible service, they don't help you, they take up your time. They are very irresponsible, they do not meet the agreed day, rather they tell you and tell you the same thing WAIT WAIT and they do not help you at all. Don't go to this place!!! If I could I would give it 0 stars.

Avoid at all costs!

This agency is extremely unprofessional and lacks basic insurance knowledge. I just moved from New Hampshire and was unfamiliar with the transfer/registration process in Massachusetts. Turns out they were too. NH is literally a border state, how do they not know... Among other ridiculous hoops I had to jump through prior to the office visit, I was told that I had to find my old license [prior to the renewal] because the NH license has the renewal date listed instead of the initial licensure date. They said my policy price was so high because they couldn't prove I had been driving more than 2 years. [I'm 33] Turns out on the paperwork THEY printed out for me said very clearly that I had been driving for 17 years, just as I had been telling them.

If they end up returning your call, they will have a shouting match amongst themselves in the office which you can hear clear as day on the other end of the line, debating the course of action for your situation.

There is more I could get into, but hopefully you get the idea.

The only kindness I received was from the nice woman who greets you as you enter.

After being denied for a not-at-fault accident by the gecko company, I walked into Schlegel & Schlegel withing seconds I was greeted nicely, attended to, and given coverage that was less expensive and more coverage and walked out fully insured that day, lovely staff, HIGHLY recommend!!

Went in to register bike, took more time than it should. Man that normally takes care of this was off. Bottom line was after a long frustrating experience they filled out the paperwork wrong, took day off to register as I needed to make an appointment at the registry. Only to find out they did it wrong. Had to go back to Insurance company, he was off again today. Need to make another appointment. This is not a well run business!!!

These guys are the best, have had insurance there for the past 12 years!! Best prices out of all agencies I've tried. They go above and beyond with helping fill out registry paperwork and have even renewed my registration at the registry for me so I didnt have to spend 4 hours !!!!!
