Quality of professional care is excellent
All staff at front desk from checkin to checkout were courteous, helpful & friendly
A 4-star rating because the practice seemingly overbooks witnessed by parking being an issue. I am handicapped. There were no parking spots available. There were no handicap parking spots available so I parked on the street having to walk too far given my difficulty walking. Maybe too many ophthalmologists for this one location is the cause of the parking difficulties.
