CAN NOT GET A PERSON ON THE PHONE AND THEIR AUTOMATED CALL-BACK SYSTEM THAT IS SUPPOSED TO HOLD YOUR PLACE IN LINE, SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO LISTEN TO THEIR STUPID ADVERTISEMENTS THAT BELITTLE YOU INTO TEACHING YOU WHAT A WEBSITE IS FOR IN 2025, APPARENTLY DOES NOT INFORM AN AGENT TO CALL YOU BACK FOR DAYS ON END. WE ARE TRYING TO MOVE. THANKS!!!

We were away from home when our alarm company called me to say we had a power outage (didn't know they did that). When we got home we had no power. I called Eversource, after a waiting on line for a while, I got a super nice girl that told us she'd put in a repair ticket. Within a half hour they were here and replaced the part and got my power back. They are awesome. Thank you 👍

Called Eversource to report a problem with house lights randomly going dim yesterday morning. They sent an inspector within an hour and a repair crew by 3:30. The problem was with the underground power cables on the street, not our residence. They worked for three hours into the evening and we're very polite explaining everything. Really appreciate their prompt response and professionalism.

I been trying to get power to small cottage in centerville. From December. Electrician have cottage ready just waiting on Eversource to send someone. Cottage is about 100ft from pole. Seems like eversource don’t care about their customers. I been calling every week from February. They say the same thing. I will send a email to my supervisor so they can move it up. I’m still not on the list. I think because they are the only electric company in that area.

Just got my bill for January 2023 - my God ! $450 bucks... I was shocked. meanwhile they pulled in record profits last quarter. I can "afford" it but what about Seniors and people with hard earned lower income ? This is unacceptable - oh and did I mention we lose power 4-8 times a year down here on the cape !

Turn my power off bc I'm behind thanks to covid an not having a job. Finally get back to work trying to get on my feet but does eversource care. I have 3 kids I sent them everything they asked for for the financial hardship still won't turn me on. My wife has a chronic health issue her Dr sent that in still won't turn us on. It's been over a week an I give up. Why is it so hard to set up a payment plan qn if I miss a payment u can just shut my power off again. But no its screw u we don't care about anyone. Eversource is the worst oh but they thanked me for my military service though. Eversource are crooks
