I've been going to Virginia for years. She's always very friendly and efficient! My taxes are down within a half hour and it's always a pleasant experience! I highly recommend her and have been sending my friends. Don't waste your money on the big tax prep chains, you won't be disappointed with Virginia!

They had been pretty good in the past. This year I provided my papers in February. The Efile for my taxes was never completed by Everett Financial. The IRS and State confirmed that they never received any documents. Reaching any one at the office was nearly impossible and I rarely received calls or emails regarding my issue from them. I was informed by Everett financial on two occasions that my issue should be resolved but it never was. At this point my taxes were going to be late and I finally had to pay again to have some one else do my taxes at the states recommendation. I left voice mails at the Everett Financial offices requesting a refund of my fee and a further explanation of what happened. I have yet to hear back from them with any refund, apology, or explanation. Good news is the tax specialist that helped me recover from this debacle had my taxes completed and posted to the IRS and State in just one afternoon.
