New to the area. Picked this Green Valley AZ bank location based upon online reviews. Was not disappointed. Fast friendly service. All questions answered. While sitting with Arturo, other customers had filed through. It was like Cheers. Everybody knew their names. Also met with branch manager Colleen. Turned out she lives on our block. Felt very comfortable with the institution as a whole. Looking forward to working with them.

The Green valley branch staff is all great! They make you feel like part of the team. Always greeting me by name as soon as I walk in. They have always helped me with any issues and don’t be giving me the runaround with different departments.

Banked at other places before finding my banking home here in Green Valley. Between the personal greetings and professionalism it has been the most pleasent financial experience i have ever had. Isabelle, Roxana, Nailea are extremely helpful and have helped me start towards my saving goals and have thoroughly gone through to make sure all is in order.
