Worst insurance company in the world! Terrible service, I've never seen so much irresponsibility, if you want to go through stress and anger, I changed insurance companies because this is the meaning of everything I said above, they canceled my insurance 2 months ago, I asked them to pay for the car insurance, and in fact they paid the company's insurance, two different things, so I was stopped by the police, among other mistakes they always make, terrible customer service, they always confuse everything! How a company that should be would be and is not, do you still have customers here in Massachusetts? Run away from them as soon as possible!

This is the most unprofessional angecy I have seen yet in the insurance department. They quoted my husband For a low price to then find out that it was placed under a buisness policy which was done by the car dealer ship they worked with at the time! Which I might add had to change the dealership name because they too make up their own rules to make sales... they canceled my husband's policy after being with them for 6 years because his ONLY late payment was not made on A SUNDAY they wanted to charge a 200 late payment fee for one day late and denied to waive the fee when he tried to pay it the very next day! Talk about scamming. Then canceled his policy right away. Needless to say we've changed agencies and are highly not recommending this agency as well as getting in touch with someone to look further into this company which has been an absolute nightmare!

Waited almost 1 month to get my registration renewed. One person told me one price and I had to give them my credit card information through email. Never got charged for the registration renewed called multiple times to see what was going on, Lucas told me it was all set and they would send me a confirmation email never got one. Someone I know called and they said a total difference price. After a whole month waiting they called to say it was ready. When I walked in to the office the workers kept looking at me and no one would help me out. They can do better.
