I’ve been along time customer of Northwood Insurance and have always been happy about their service and how they make my life easier.

I’m an even happier customer now with my latest interaction with them — I bought a car and they helped make the insurance part seamless. The part that made me happy is where they went above and beyond to help me exchange plates for the car, which was an RV task I was expecting to be consuming. Instead they filled all the paperwork for me and even had their own runner go to the RMV offices so I didn’t have to do anything else. That level of service was something I wasn’t expecting from an insurance broker so I was extremely happy.
