The HILB group allowed the auto payment for my car insurance to go unpaid for THREE MONTHS without notifying me once that there might be a problem. I didn’t know until my carrier mailed something to my mailbox. No email, no text, not a single phone call. What are they doing if they’re not helping their clients to stay insured? Terrible business! And after 8 years, sad to leave like this.

Took six weeks of attempts to request a simple policy review and never got anywhere - they just want to collect your money and not provide service. Ended up switching insurance companies. Unresponsive organization. Existing customer requested an insurance review - Called beginning of Feb 2021.

Tried calling every option and getting a person on the phone required numerous calls, was hung up on more then once and impossible to speak to anyone.

Out of desperation picked every phone option after numerous calls and attempts over multiple days. Billing and Cert Discussed my issues and inability to get any progress by any departments or call backs.

Spoke to Tracy on 2/12/21- A Manager she connected me with Lisa in the review team.

Spoke to Lisa in the review team was informed I would get a call the week of 2/2/21 regarding an account review and making a policy change.

Called 3/16/21 to follow up - left a message for Lisa - never got a response.

Called on 3/24/21 spoke to Aisha
Regarding cancellation sending a message to the team of 4 that handles the requests.

3/24/21 Left a voicemail for Tracy regarding the ongoing issues - never received a call back months later after multiple voicemails.

Worst company to work with.
