Amy is customer oriented and she always guides me through what is a complicated process by explaining my coverage and contacting the respective insurance companies and service providers (body shops, windshield replacement companies) in order to satisfy my needs. Full disclosure: we're multigenerational customers, beginning with my parents in the 80s...I've been insured w Safety via H&T for >30 years.

Naturally though, we've shopped around during various life changes, like new cars, re-fi's, & home purchases. We've found their rates have been exceptional. We've benefitted from the partnership that comes with H&T, and appreciate that this has been much more than a transactional relationship, thus our loyalty.

They want our business and demonstrate that in cash savings. The obvious example is bundling auto with home has compounded value and streamlined communication. Safety's a great product...several claims over the years have been handled justly, without obfuscation or sliminess...let's face it, there's room for quagmire in insurance claims. H&T has demonstrated many times their excellence as a broker of communication and customer advocacy - they don't upsell us, just deliver value.

That leads into the aspect that's more important to me than the dollars - their outstanding responsiveness & customer service. H&T management has a knack for investing in great people - it's cultural - they move fast and communicate exceptionally, both internally (in their client notes) and externally with 3rd parties.

This is hands down the best insurance agency ever! They have always been amazing to deal with! Most recently I was having some troubles with a new vehicle purchase.
