If I could take away that 1 star, I definitely would. They are a scam. They do not uphold their end of the deal. They do not keep in contact with you during the whole process. We have had 3 different people on our case in a month. They do not tell you nothing or inform you on anything. They would not tell us who the title company was. They do not answer the phone when you call. I would not recommend this company at all. This has been a very stressful month and a half dealing with them, they will lowball you on the deal. DO NOT SIGN ANOTHER CONTRACT TO LOWER YOUR PAYMENT YOU WANT TO WALK AWAY WITH, stick to your walk away amount. They are the devils, getting over on GODS’ people, the BBB gave them a F they have hella action against them. They are not looking to break even with you because of course it’s your house right, they are looking out for self. I’m praying my deal doesn’t go thru with them right as we speak 3/14/2025 11 a.m. Friday!!! and my move out date is 3/31 still NO inspection has been done. They will lead you on for days. If it sound to good to be true. IT’S NOT!!!! God don’t like ugly. They need to be shut down.

They do not tell the truth. They do not return emails nor do they return calls. We have made numerous attempts to call them. They answered in the beginning, promised they were going to take care of the problem, and now they will NOT answer their phone. We are reporting to Better Business Bureau.

They are a scam don't ever use them. They will extend your contract and list you house trying to get more money on them. They cancel like they did me to list the property instead of buying it out right. SCAM. SCAM. SCAMM

I Definitely recommend NOT using this company to purchase your home they had an agreement with me to purchase my home as is and closing on June 7th or no later than 60 days. They sent me a message saying that they were not moving forward with the sale. At day number 58. Then tried to send over a cancellation contract stating that the funds in escrow for due diligence would go back to the buyer when the contract clearly states it would be given to me. They never did an inspection which was supposed to have been done within 20 days of signing of contract which we signed back on April 8th 2024. They only sent out someone to take photos they don’t communicate well are try to schedule viewings of your home with their potential buyers at the last minute their whole process is not worth your time even considering them for business. I honestly fell like they just try to sell your home rather than buy it like they claim they would

PUBLIC, SELLERS£ I couldn’t agree more with Miss Bridget Johnson, Who has also left a review, please read.. , Letty or Leticia is downright misleading and Frankly, a liar ….they Just dangle the carrot and string you along… They try to broker your property, after we agreed on a price, they created an MLS listing that was almost double our agreed-upon price but after asking them, they did not create the MLS stating that someone else must’ve stolen my information and created the MLS. Which after talking with several real estate agents, they were just downright lying. **THEY ARE NOT BUYERS PEOPLE. , they wait till the last minute of the closing date and then try to offer you thousands less than what the contract was agreed to. All this after claiming that they did their due diligence and found items that needed to be repaired to the home… Then they’ll give you an excuse that they’re waiting on the title company all this leading up to the last day and I had to contact them about closing. This is not a reputable company at all what they’re doing should be considered fraud and against the law. I’m with whoever would like to take up a class action lawsuit against them.

These guys cancel their contracts to purchase and don’t even bother to call you. Give you a great offer but not going to close. It’s ok if you’re not going to buy it but at least give me a call good grief. Sat around for 2 months before I found out they canceled could have sold my property sooner. Oh well.

Let me start this off by saying this isn't my first rodeo. I've purchased and sold houses over 30xs. So I've delt with all kinds of buyers, sellers, lenders, ect. In all my deals I have NEVER delt with a company that has so little integrity. They were supposed to buy 4 of our properties - we signed mid November with a closing date of January 31st (they sited holidays as the reason they needed more time - reasonable). It's February 26th and still nothing has closed! No updates from them, no explanations. They will literally tell you "everything is good to go for closing tomorrow" and then closing doesn't happen! As if that isn't frustrating enough or a big enough red flag - when our closing date of January 31st came around they informed me they'd decided not to buy one of my properties. Frustrating - but life goes on. HOWEVER. Per our contract their due diligence ended in November - which means legally I'm entitled to the earnest money. The least they can do after dragging me out two months then deciding not to buy. At first they tried to lie and tell me they were within their due diligence. It took a dozen calls and messages and me texting them their own contract with the highlighted section for earnest money and due diligence dates before they agreed they did in fact owe me that. Well it's been a month and they STILL haven't wired or sent me the earnest money that our contract stated. Every time I ask I get an excuse "waiting for title, waiting for our group meeting, you'll be getting it" and yet nothing has been sent. So we are having to file with a lawyer against them.

So if you love headaches, lies, dragged out deals, babysitting adults, and having to explain contracts to the person who should be the "expert" then do business with REI. Otherwise - literally any other clown you go to will be better.
