Nate made the sale of my home in Las Vegas seemless and literally painless! Nate offers a FLAT FEE service. I thought it couldn’t be real! It’s REAL!! Everything from my MLS listing, pictures and drone footage to all the paperwork for title, closing etc!! EVEN OFFERS LOCAL MOVING w his service. UNHEARD OF! He truly went above and beyond. Viking Real Estate was great at getting my house sold. After I got the tenant out and spiffed up the house a bit, then Nathan listed the house. It was slow getting people to look. Nathan had a strategy of lowering the price way down to generate more people looking. Nathan did a great sales job telling the interest buyers to step up if they want it because it is priced well below market value. The strategy worked well and got an offer well over the lowered asking price putting the offer close to the original listing price. Bottom line, Nathan got the house sold during a slow time of the year.

Spam called me three times so far from a private number just because my listing came off market? This is in addition to three spam texts. They have the nerve to ask me to respond the text with Stop to really stop the text. Why? You sent the text unsolicited. I would rather spend time leaving this review so your future clients know how you conduct business. These people don't know there is a federal law that prohibits unsolicited call or text for numbers registered on the national do not call list? No one will list the property with any real estate company cold-calling people. I don't know you. 'Hey, we will get your home sold in 15 days!' Nice sales pitch. Sounds like a crooked used car salesman. Yes, that is the exact image you are projecting. Do your homework before breaking the federal law.

After their response to me online, I went and pulled the text records. You can easily see who texted and called. Don't tell me you have no record. Marketimg company or no marketing company doesn't really make a difference. It is your name out there.
