Flagstaff management is not educated on or bothered to adhere to the return policy. They refused to exchange a coat bought under the pre-summer 2024 policy change, called customer service and was immediately granted an exchange as the coat was purchased under the previous policy. We we told we could go to the store or mail it back, chose the mail since the store couldn't have been less helpful.

Used to be a fan of the company bought their gear solely for the honerable way they handled their waranty policy's... Fast forward to 2024 they no longer honor the warrantys they advertise. The company clearly advertises a lifetime warranty but do not be fooled they do not honor it definitely false advertising and they are definitely lying... Don't be fooled Eddie Bauer has flopped 🙁

What a fantastic deal! The quality here is so much better than elsewhere. For just a little bit more it last twice as long! So glad I came here they were even having a 50% off sale for all members! Thanks so much to the helpful staff, they were very knowledgeable! I love getting the emailed discounts

Very helpful employees. A wide range of super soft and warm clothes. Varieties of colors to choose from and they have big sales on the merchandise from time to time. I would highly recommend their quality made clothing. Very large fitting rooms as well!

High quality clothing that fits extremely well. They have shirts and Jackets in "tall size" which are difficult to find elsewhere. Prices might scare some people away, but during sales, they are reasonable. High quality that lasts!

I dropped by to check out if the store had any shirts for hiking that would work out better for me than the Columbia shirt I had purchased from REI. The manager (she) of the store was incredibly helpful and suggested one that did work out better than the Columbia shirt. She had also made some great suggestions for hiking pants that were spot on for me after I had purchased them via online (the store did not carry petite sizes). I would recommend anyone to check out this store if they needed any alternatives to what REI offers. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely drop by.

I had to take in a pair of defective jeans that I had for a couple of years . I got a credit, got two pair of new jeans. With the credit, a sale and a $10 dollar credit, i got $120 worth of merchandise for, $48. We shopped at Eddie Bauer for a long time and like the quality and if needed , return policy
