5☆+ Super Excellent place to buy extreme cold wear and gear up for snowboarding. Not easily seen from the street. It's easier to look for the "U.S. Health Works Medical Group" sign than P.F. McMullin Co sign. The small P.F. McMullin sign is at the very corner of the building. Only one driveway entrance for a large motel and large 1-story commercial properties. Look for the white with green lettering sign "For Lease Industrial Units Commercial Suites," that's where the one driveway entrance is located. Greeted by friendly staff and an ultra-friendly, ultra-knowledgeable of their stuff in stock, Asian female. She knew her stuff! Give her a raise!! Bought a XXL Waterproof breathable membrane, Thinsulate O'Niell jacket with 3 cool colors for $139; XXL Waterproof breathable pants for $74, L Waterproof breathable gloves for $18, a fleece lined neoprene mask for $6, and dual lens goggles for $19. If you want a solid, bright red O'Niell jacket with the same exact materials as mine, it's only $119. Pictured Women's XL Waterproof breathable, Thinsulate jackets $139; XL Waterproof breathable pants $74, Women's M Waterproof breathable gloves $18. Best prices ever that I've seen since I started skiing back in 1982...32-years!!! Go here!!! (Not for ski equipment, but get your ski apparel here, including goggles!!!)

Spoke with Max & Jack on the phone about getting my board waxed and tuned they said come in it’ll be taken care of same day!
Every other shop I called was 2 day turn around time
- Max took care of my board
- Jack showed me around the shop, & deals they had
- Max explained in depth diff helmets ,boots , boards & how they work

I bought a helmet. Got it for $53 w tax ( worth $70 )

The reason for this post is because I was provided exceptional customer service.

I felt like their friend it was a great first time buying experience. Will definitely be back!

Jack is the man! I needed to get my boots heat-molded the night right before heading up the slopes. I got to the store at 7:45pm and although they close at 8:00pm, they were still willing to do the mold, which takes about 30 minutes to finish. It’s now 8:25pm and I’m still here. Thanks a bunch! Also bought some mittens from here that were cheaper than other stores.

I am a very high maintenance customer, and put Jack the manager through the wringer on boots and binding set ups for about 3 days straight. This guy knows everything about everything and helped me out to the extreme and was very patient! Appreciate you man!! Killer shop too! Great prices! I will be back for all my gear from now on.
