If you're going to use Best Buy insurance, talk with multiple agents about the cheapest fare. Once you get as cheap as possible, ask about who the carrier is. When they tell you, hang up and just go through with them. Best Buy Insurance charges huge commission fees that they don't tell you about, and they withhold the money from your carrier until you pay them their cut, potentially canceling your service. They intentionally didn't get back to me until after my policy was canceled so that way they could charge an extra $200 out of me. Do not trust anything they say.

BE CAREFUL with the MVD services. I was rushed through a duplicate title service hoping to obtain 2 titles to sell my vehicles immediately... After being charged $74 for $8 worth of MVD services, I was told my title would be mailed to me in two weeks. I could have just done it online for a fraction of the cost. I could NOT have sold my vehicles that day anyway, but wasting $66 isn't very fun.
I guess if you know exactly what you need it's very fast, but very expensive.

I specifically told the agent to name my bank, as lienholder, which they didn’t, also be assured me, they would forward proof of insurance to the bank, they did not, no I have to call the provider directly to modify my policy and then email from myself to the bank, pretty inconvenient honestly (update) 9/29/23 still terrible service,im a customer and still cant get anyone on the phone,they promise call backs but they never call,just avoid if possible

I was going to help my son buy insurance for a vehicle he just bought. I told him I would buy the minimum required by law & if he wanted to upgrade he could do so when he had more money. He called the Yuma office with me by him waiting with my credit card. He had to call 4 times as he kept getting disconnected. Finally a lady answered & gave him a quote. It seemed high as we had insured cars through Best Buy before. She said she would check for another quote & put us on hold. After 30 minutes I realized she didn't want to deal with us & wasn't going to wait on us any longer. Just to see how long we had to wait we stayed on the line. After about 50 minutes the line went dead, I guess they hung up. I will never deal with this business again. Horrible & unprofessional.

Very bad service by Sylvia Acosta, I went in to notarize some documents. Sat down and she stared at her computer totally ignoring I was there. My name was spelled incorrectly having my ID in front of her. When she was finished, didn’t even bother to gather my papers all my papers were scattered around. And lets not forget the attitude ‍♀️

They didn't provide the service I was looking for. To get my drivers license back. I had to wait for my # to be called. There was no list of provided services. I googled substations for the DMV and their name came up. Since the DMV provides many services a list would of saved me time gas money for someone to take ne.
