Always helpful, always friendly. I was in a terrible accident involving a drunk driver this weekend. My car was destroyed, and I am very lucky to have survived. My brother and sister who live nearby came to the accident scene to be with me, and on the drive home, we all said thank God I have Johnson & Rohan. "This is why," we agreed, "you have Johnson & Rohan."

My parents and most of my brothers and sisters have had J&R insurance for many years. I live on Cape Cod, and they still service my needs beautifully. When you encounter the unfortunate circumstances when you need them, they answer your calls promptly, respond with calm, reassuring professionalism and handle questions and claims with competance and experienced knowledge. This morning, as I gave the information to Don, he said, "You're so calm." Yes, of course; he had responded to the questions that concerned me, and he's on it. I have complete confidence that I can rely on J&R, and obviously couldn't recommend them more.
