I've used Shaw Insurance Agency for a while and have always had good service, but in the last week, Maribel, has gone above and beyond to: Cancel car insurance, insure a new car on a new policy, cancel old plates, and helped me secure a closing on a HELOC. I worked with Victoria Small to get my car insurance changed. The most important thing I was looking for was a great agent as my last agent with a different company was sub par to say the least. Victoria was so helpful with everything. We were able to not only switch to a great agent but she even saved us 200 dollars and included Rental insurance! We were also able to do it all remotely and this was huge for us during these covid times. I would highly recommend M.R Shaw insurance and Victoria Small.

Shaw insurance was so responsive and amazingly quick and smooth process when coming to finding and setting up insurance for my new teenage driver!! I work at a car dealership and had contact with Maribel. She was very unprofessional. Altered her voice multiple times and made false claims regarding our shared customer. She specifically said, “you’re wasting my time” “what kind of dealership is this” . I tried to calm her down various times and said, “please, let’s act professional”. However she still refused. I planned on sending many quotes to M.R. Shaw Insurance but after what Maribel did? I want no contact with this insurance agency. If Maribel happens to be the one to assist you, please ask to speak with someone else.
