It makes you leave something , under that rule you got one , however if you ever need to make a claim you will then see how this shabby buisness operators will start side stepping like ( Bethany ) and she will cheat you on your claim with the help of a sketchy body shop they will send and claim are their adjusters . 1st claim due to nature and the hustle started . I would not advise using liberty mutual insurance, I told (Bethany ) I wanted the damage repaired back the way the car was before the storm as it is a new car . The shuffle started the estimates their sketchy body shop gave were not hundreds but five thousands below all other other estimates . The body shop also had more bad reviews than good with many people waiting nearly a year to get their automobile returned . Liberty will get us a rental however the cost is out of my pocket . Thanks for nothing liberty you were not there when I needed you . Unfortunately they feel cheating their customers is quality . (Bethany) even tried to act and say , I wanted to pocket the money . My car is beautiful again but I paid out of my pocket because (Bethany) only sent a check that would not pay for the repair . If you cannot depend on your insurance it is time to move on , and yes we have , i pay a little more but i need a dependable insurance,you all have been warned of the side stepping , many insurance companies are a little shifty but not like liberty . Liberty sucks . They won't pay out a claim. They will start paying then stop . And will stop answering there messages. I have an open claim now for over 6 months. The repaira are almost complete, but they wont finish the repairs . Dumping them the second my house is repaired . .
