Mrs. Judy Freeman & Jackie have been nothing short of amazing. We've saved money on our auto and home insurance policies. These people are GREAT! I refer in particular to a fellow who works there named Lee Simes. He does whatever is necessary to insure the best outcome for their clients/customers. He is flexible, motivated and dependable and always glad to hear from customers and to help. Even when the problem you present might be frustrating, he continues to focus on a positive resolution. One of the best "practitioners" of customer service I have ever encountered.

Do not use. I cancelled my policy 3 months ago and still have not been refunded. This occurred after I found a better policy for 1/3 the price and not the ridiculous financing charges they wanted me to pay.
