I've been with Easy Shop Insurance since April 2020 but unfortunately I've had to recently pull all my business and find another agent due to their inability, or unwillingness, to contact me after a month of leaving messages for Nic Lauritzen. I contacted their office to set up an appointment with Nic about a month before most of my policies were set to renew. All I wanted to do is go through them to verify that I was still properly covered. After a week or two hearing nothing back on my request to get an appointment, I called them again and asked if I could please get an appointment to walk through the policies. They again told me they would give Nic my request and that he would be reaching out to me. Another couple of weeks went by and again crickets. At this point my polices were almost at their renewal date. Given their lack of communication, I had no choice but to move all my policies to another agency that seems to be much better at follow-up and communication with their clients. The only positive thing I can say about this company is that the receptionist that I talked to was always nice and seemed genuinely concerned. That's why 2 stars instead of 1.
Unfortunately, the agent apparently did not share this concern. In fact, I don't think I ever received a call from my agent in the 4 years I was with them, asking if I was satisfied with my policies and the service I received from their company. One last comment. The last policy change I called them about was adding an ATV to my policy. They added this no problem, but when I called them back to see if they also added it to the umbrella policy they did not. I had to remind them to do it. You would think an insurance agency would just know that if the client has an umbrella policy, that this should have been taken care of without me calling them to make sure it got done.

Been doing work with Easy Shop for a few years now after first being recommended by my mother. Gave them a call and they shopped for better rates. They found insurance that costed me nearly 1/4 of what I was paying prior, AND with better coverage. Easy to reach a person. Great communication.
