They are a predatory company that likes to intimidate customers. Just one week after my due date, I received a letter about repossession risk, stating that by the third week after the due date, they would take my car.

I also spoke with customer support—no one seems to know anything. They told me that a certain department closes at 3 PM, yet it was only 2 PM and I still couldn’t be transferred. It’s a horrible company. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for an auto loan.

All the reviews I have read are true. I'm going threw the same exact thing with this company. I've been making payments early with this company and some how they still charge me a late fee. These people will rob you. Me and my lawyer are looking into how they handle business. I recommend to stay away from This company and if your able to get someone on the phone with customer service record your phone call. Truly disgusting and disappointing see a company even operating in functional.

Manuel has been a wonderful associate. This company has been very helpful and always willing to work with me in situations. One example is a few months after I got my vehicle the transmission when out and I couldn’t afford to make the payment and get a new transmission. I called Forst Help Financial and they was able to take the payment for that month and defer it to the end of the payment cycle.

My wife was approved with this bank, and I don’t understand how they approved you to take the vehicle without make sure you have all the documents, because after that the will call you every day to asking different documents, that have to make sure you have all them before you take the vehicle like most other banks does. They make you waste time and energy. So please think about it before you do business with this bank.
