I've had overall good experience just a couple tweaks would be good... if you do not have a account should be able to look up and find transaction history so information can be provided from cashing checks ect. We can keep track of finances better member or not. One last thing would be a couple extra hours to be open on sat until 2pm would be better just to allow more time for people especially running a business. It would be nice to have more time, thanks 😊!! So all and all nothing bad to say just some suggestions. 😎

This bank does not have a SWIFT code for making international incoming wire transfers. They claim it's not needed, that such transfers work providing just bank name, routing and account numbers. Maybe. However my international business partners say they cannot do wire transfers without a SWIFT code. It's a big neglect on the part of bank managers. Time to take my business account elsewhere. Pity.

This review is specifically for the fraud detection with neeham bank. They IMMEDIATELY detected a $125 charge to my account that was not me. I appreciate that. If it had gone on, who knows how much I could have lost.
