I received a homeowners insurance policy cancellation notice a few months ago. I contacted Patricia DeCosta inquiring about this. She informed me with clear steps I needed to take with my mortgage company. Unfortunately, my mortgage company never did what they needed to in order to get my homeowners insurance check sent. Patricia went above and beyond to help rectify this situation, and even joined me on a call with my mortgage company to get my check delivered. Julie the person who says that she’s the manager, is a very nasty, unprofessional person! She’s not to be trusted! When I started using that office I dealt with another very pleasant and very smart, professional woman who I’m told has since left. But I’m changing offices because I’m not going to be treated poorly or rudely who also is dishonest!
